A brand new customer support center in South Florida has been opened in support of IamVoip's national growth. As Digital Phone service spreads and continues to replace outdated landline technology, the increased demand is substantial. IamVoip is prepared to grow and handle the increased need now and in the future, to secure a major share of the estimated 50 Million VoIP customers projected for the U.S. within the next 3 years. Ahead of the game, the new Customer Support Center will train Agents and Associates to provide IamVoip's signature one-on-one LIVE support, ranging from technical to sales assistance.
